Our design process
We ensure your kitchen has the special features you require. We use a 3D computer generated design to enable you to to enable you to clearly visualize what the finished product should look like before we begin. With our staff of experienced craftsmen overseeing each element of the manufacture and installation, Orchard Joinery is able to offer a team approach, drawing on the experience and strengths of the design and manufacturing team all working under one roof.
Kitchen assembly
Our factory is located in Paraparaumu, Kapiti. This is where we design, manufacture and assemble all of our kitchens. We aim to work within your budget, while advising you on the most suitable materials and hardware for your project. Our team have an extensive product & material knowledge to ensure your design is complemented by quality finishings that are built to last. We have over 30 years experience working with local fabricators that share our vision to produce high quality products for any budget.
Final installation
Our kitchens and cabinetry are installed by the same team that have manufactured them here in the factory. This ensures a perfect fit, and an attention to detail flows from the design process through to production and into the finished installation. We are able to arrange the other tradespeople needed for your project or we can coordinate with your preferred team and we also work with amazing local bench top fabricators to provide you with the best options for your project and budget.

Our showroom is open weekdays from 9am-3pm or otherwise by appointment. Featured in the showroom is the range of hardware and materials that we work with and you can pop in to discuss the next steps for your project with our friendly office staff. Appointments can be made to meet with your kitchen designer or joinery consultant here in the showroom, or at your home.
